restart your device
close tabs
log out and back in

How to Clear History and Website Data
If (1) doesn't exist then do (2)
Option (1)
Go to the Settings app
On left scroll to Safari (press it)
On Right go to Clear History and Website Data (press it)
Press Clear
Option (2)
Go to the Settings app
On left scroll to Safari (press it)
On Right go to "advanced"
"website data"
at bottom "Remove all website data"
Confirm
Still an app issue?
Delete the app
hard reset (hold down the power button and home button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears ~10 seconds)
Open Self Service and reinstall (if not already reinstalling automatically)
Chromebooks
close tabs
restart your device
log out and back in
Zoom
Zoom is not fully working (update it)
